It’s been a wild, bumpy ride. I started out chasing the corporate ladder, imagining myself running design teams and leading big projects. Then I fell in love with fitness—and everything changed. Walking away from that path was terrifying, especially with a baby at home, but getting certified was the first step toward the life I actually wanted. Since then, my mission has been simple: help women fall in love with movement and feel strong, inside and out. Empowerment has always been the point.
Graduated with a BS in Graphic Design (2007)
Spent 13 years building a corporate design career
Worked for companies like: PCG, Infor and Bloomberg
Managed various global design teams
Created expansive design systems across various industries
Dropped 40+ pounds after having baby girl #1 in 2016
Left corporate job to stay home with my 4yo
Got certified in Insanity, P90X & Piyo
Finalized my CPT & started Mallory Cicek Fitness
Began working with first 1:1 client
Became a Functional Training Specialist
Built up my 1:1 client roster to 10 clients
Began working with clients to improve mobility & function
Released my signature program, Unleashed
Pregnant (2022/2023) and had baby girl #2 on July 2023
Introduced remote sessions with select clients
Released updated version of Unleashed program
Completed HMCC (Behavioral/Mindset Change) certification

My background in functional training and mobility, along with advanced education through the Active Life Professional (AL-P) curriculum, allows me to bridge the gap between rehab and traditional fitness.
